For over 35 years, McHugh Glynn & Associates (previously Joe McHugh & Associates) have combined a professional service with experience to ensure that clients of all sizes and complexities can extract value from their money spent.

As we are a multidisciplinary construction consultancy practice, we are in a position to offer professional advice and guidance from an architectural and design aspect to management and cost control of a project. McHugh Glynn and associates have quantity surveyors, building surveyors, architects & engineers who will all help to deliver your project successfully.

All projects are controlled by a company director who has the experience to understand client’s requirements and the experience to ensure delivery.

In undertaking projects we will at all times do our best to provide effective solutions to meet specific clients’ needs and deliver client satisfaction of the highest level.

GARRETH MCHUGH, COMPANY DIRECTOR

Qualifications; MSCSI, MRICS Registered Valuer, B.Sc. Quantity Surveying, Certified Insurance Practitioner.

Garreth has been working in the Irish Construction Sector for almost 25 years since qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor and became a Chartered member with the SCSI in 2010.

Garreth has worked extensively as project manager and quantity surveyor on many large-scale projects particularly within the Educational, Civil, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Retail and Industrial areas. Garreth has also traveled far, handling commercial & residential property insurance claims.

DECLAN GLYNN, COMPANY DIRECTOR

Qualifications; MSCSI, B.Sc. Building / Quantity Surveying.  Dip (C.E)

Declan has been working in the Irish Construction Sector for almost 25 years since qualifying as a Quantity Surveyor and became a Chartered Building Surveyor & Chartered Quantity Surveyor with the Society of Chartered Surveyors in 2010.  Declan is also a Chartered Member of Building Engineers.

Declan has project managed many architectural projects particularly within the Educational, Civil, Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Retail and Industrial areas.
