The architect’s work begins with an analysis of your requirements. We will relate your needs and quality standards to your budget.
The success of your project will depend in large measure on the quality of your brief ie the description to your architect of what you need from your building. This information will enable McHugh Glynn & Associates to develop a design specifically related to your needs and wishes.
Agreeing on a realistic budget for your project is an important part of the initial consultation stages. It may be that your needs can’t be met within the available budget or at market conditions may make achieving your budget more difficult. If your budget is fixed you should make this clear to your consultant at the beginning of the process.
If and due to such conditions or budget constraints, a cost can not be established at this stage. Our quantity surveying department will assist in determining initial estimates of your building cost.
